Typical tasks for such a contract include:
- Assessing customer requirements
- Searching, interviewing candidates, selecting suitable candidates
- Organizing interviews of selected candidates with representatives client
- Assistance in arranging a candidate's entry to work
- Legal support when contracting a candidate
Interaction Format:
- Together with the Client, define the portrait of the ideal candidate
- Search for suitable candidates in the market
- Two-stage interview with candidates
- Assessing the Candidate's General Skills and Personality
- Assessing the candidate's technical skills (may include a test item)
- Presentation of the list of suitable candidates and organization of interviews with them
- After selecting a candidate, organizing the forwarding of a formal proposal and acceptance by the candidate
- If the candidate does not pass the probationary period (maximum 3 months), we we select a replacement for free
- Price : 1/12 of the candidate's agreed annual salary (gross)
