Search for IT staff

Typical tasks for such a contract include:

  • Assessing customer requirements
  • Searching, interviewing candidates, selecting suitable candidates
  • Organizing interviews of selected candidates with representatives client
  • Assistance in arranging a candidate's entry to work
  • Legal support when contracting a candidate

Interaction Format:

  • Together with the Client, define the portrait of the ideal candidate
  • Search for suitable candidates in the market
  • Two-stage interview with candidates
    • Assessing the Candidate's General Skills and Personality
    • Assessing the candidate's technical skills (may include a test item)
  • Presentation of the list of suitable candidates and organization of interviews with them
  • After selecting a candidate, organizing the forwarding of a formal proposal and acceptance by the candidate
  • If the candidate does not pass the probationary period (maximum 3 months), we we select a replacement for free
  • Price : 1/12 of the candidate's agreed annual salary (gross)
